My wife and I rode the City Center shuttle for both the Navy and USC games. After a wonderful experience for the Navy game we were hoping the same would apply one week later. You should be ashamed! We stood in line for over two hours. During that time only three buses (one a 30 passenger one) came. There was no one present to give information. Bus drivers only response was, "I don't know." If there was a problem with routing, that should have been worked out in advance. Also, OSU and Columbus need to realize that putting lights on Summit on flash after a certain time of night should not apply for night games. Overall, this proved a complete lack of planning and foresight.
This is not the way to showcase downtown Columbus.
